Tickets: please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night. Tickets will also be available on the door (cash or card payments accepted).
Food and Drink: please don’t bring your own food and drink to this event. The venue will be serving hot food including burgers, hot dogs and fries, plus cinema snacks including popcorn and chocolate, as well as hot drinks, alcohol and soft drinks.
Seating – Premium Deckchair Seat tickets: if you have booked a premium deckchair, these will be located in the front section of the venue. The seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (you are guaranteed a seat, so don’t worry, and we’ll assist in making sure you can sit with friends if you’ve booked chairs separately from each other). Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the film start time.
Seating – BYO Seat tickets: please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or similar to the screening. Anyone arriving with high-backed camping chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear. We don’t recommend picnic rugs on this occasion due to the recent rain we’ve had. Nobody wants a soggy bottom!
