Parking: we recommend parking at Gloucester Quays or Southgate Moorings car park in the historic docks. Parking charges apply in both locations.
Tickets: please show your booking confirmation, receipt, or e-tickets on arrival (either on your phone or a printed copy). We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night.
Seating: unreserved deckchair seats will be available for all customers. Large groups should arrive promptly when doors open to allow the best chance of all being seated together.
Food and Drink: please do not bring your own food and drink to the screenings. The venue will be operating an event bar, including mulled wine, alcoholic and soft drinks, hot chocolate and seasonal treats to eat, plus fresh popcorn. Usual licencing rules apply, no alcohol will be sold to under 18s. Challenge 25 in operation.
COVID Measures: if you have Covid symptoms, please do not attend the event. We will be happy to offer you a voucher for a future screening. In line with the latest government guidance, we would ask you to take a lateral flow test before attending the show, if possible. In line with the latest government guidance for bars and venues, you’re not obliged to wear a face covering, however you are of course more than welcome to if it makes you feel more at ease.
