Parking: Free parking for all visitors from 8pm, please follow steward directions/arrows to the event parking area. Please maintain social distancing on your walk from the car parking area to the ticket tent.
Times: Entry to the screening area from 8pm, film starts 9.30pm, ends at 11.30pm (timings are approximate subject to weather conditions on the night, the film may begin slightly later if not quite dark enough).
Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night. A limited number of BYO seat tickets will be available on the gate (cash or card payments accepted).
Personal Health: if you are shielding, or experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19, please do not attend the event. We will be happy to offer you a voucher for a future screening, or for you to give your ticket to someone else.
Social Distancing Seating Arrangements (Standard Entry Tickets – Bring Your Own Seat): seating pitches will be laid out in front of the screen with 2m x 2m spaces provided for each group. Members of each group must be from the same family or social bubble of up to 30 people. Pitches will be allocated from front to back, on a first come, first served basis. Don’t forget to bring your own low-backed camping chair or deckchair!
Social Distancing Seating Arrangements (Premium Seats – Reserved Deckchairs): customers who have purchased premium deckchair seats with blankets will have seats pre-positioned at the front of the venue, reserved by name and distanced by us prior to arrival. Please do not move the seats. All deckchairs and blankets will have been cleaned and sanitised prior to use.
Using Aisles: there will be 1m+ through routes on all sides of each seating pitch to allow for arrival, departure and toilet trips. Please respect social distancing arrangements and each other when moving around at the event and follow instructions from event security and stewards.
Toilets: there will be toilet facilities on site. These will be regularly cleaned and sanitised throughout the event, and ample hand sanitising facilities will be available.
Food: please do not bring your own food to this event. The venue will be serving freshly-prepared gourmet burgers and pizzas, which can be pre-ordered, as well as Cinema Picnic Boxes. Burgers (both meat and vegetarian) will be available to buy on the night, but pizzas must be pre-ordered. Pre-order your food for this show HERE. Card payments only when purchasing food on the night.
Drink: please do not bring your own drinks to this event. A bar will be in operation at the rear of the screening area, selling alcoholic and soft drinks, plus popcorn and sweets. Card payments only at the event bar.
What to Wear: Please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed toe footwear is also sensible.
Other Useful Info: Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening or use the light on your phone. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.
Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins.
Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to the sides or rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to do this.
