Parking: free parking is available at the venue. On arrival at the main gate please follow steward instructions. Disabled parking is available.
Walking to the venue: we recommend using the footpath from Smiths Close towards Pewsey Youth Football, crossing the road and entering via our pedestrian gate at the top of the rugby ground.
Times: gates open from 6.15pm, film begins at 8.15pm after dark, ends at 10pm (times are approximate and subject to weather conditions on the night of the show)
Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or booking receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night.
Premium Deckchair Seats: if you have booked a Premium Deckchair Seat, these will be located at the front of the screening area. These are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (you are guaranteed a seat, so don’t worry, and we’ll make sure that you can sit with friends if you’ve booked these seats separately from each other). Please take your seat no later than 15 minutes before the start of the film.
General Entry Seats: please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or picnic blanket to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located near the front, with camping chairs and deckchairs behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Guests arriving with high-backed chairs may be asked to sit at the sides or rear. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the film begins.
Food and Drink: a BBQ will be in operation, and Pimms and popcorn will be on sale, as well as the venue’s main bar being open. Picnics are also welcome, but please do not bring any glass to the event as this is not permitted on the sports pitches. Plastic cups will be available should you need to decant drinks into them. Please ask a volunteer steward if you need assistance with this. Please take all litter home or use the bins provided.
What to Wear: please wear warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed-toe footwear is also sensible.
Other Useful Info: The film is rated PG. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle or your walk home after the screening, or use the light on your phone. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs.
Weather: Screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins.
Terms and Conditions: Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to the sides or rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to do this.
