Parking: limited parking is available at the hotel – please car share where possible. Please follow staff instructions on arrival.
Times: entry to the event from 8pm, film starts at 9.30pm, ends at 11.15pm (timings are approximate and subject to weather conditions on the night).
Tickets: Please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone, and check in at our box office tent on arrival. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find this info, just bring photo ID along on the night.
Food and Drink: please do not bring your own food and drink to the show. The venue will be serving up hot food, cinema snacks and alcoholic and soft drinks, plus hot drinks too. Bag searches may be in operation.
Premium Deckchair Seats: If you have booked a Premium Deckchair Seat, these will be located at the front of the screening area. These are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (you are guaranteed a seat, so don’t worry, and we’ll make sure that you can sit with friends if you’ve booked these seats separately from each other). Please take your seat no later than 15 minutes before the start of the film.
General Entry BYO Seats: please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or picnic blanket to the screening. Picnic blankets will be located on the ground near the front, with camping chairs etc behind, so that everyone gets a good view. Guests arriving with high-backed chairs may be asked to sit at the sides or rear, so as not to block the view of other customers.
Other Useful Info: please bring practical, warm clothes and footwear, plus blankets to keep warm. Please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening. Please respect the venue by putting any litter in bins at the venue.
Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes very heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins. Please keep an eye on your inbox, spam folder and our social media channels in the run-up to an event if the weather forecast is looking particularly bad, all customers would be contacted by e-mail if we needed to postpone or cancel due to very poor or hazardous weather.
Terms and Conditions: the organiser reserves the right to refuse entry. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Usual film certification rules apply. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area. Please move to the rear, well away from the audience, should you wish to smoke or vape.
