Seating: all seating is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis. There’s no need to bring your own seats as customers do at our open-air shows in the summer! If you are disabled and have any special requirements please let us know in advance via info@alfrescofilm.co.uk
Food and Drink: please feel free to bring your own soft drinks and cinema snacks along to this screening, as no food or drink will be available for sale at the show. No alcohol, please. Please respect the venue by picking up any litter and giving it to our staff at the end of the show.
What to Wear: although the shows are taking place indoors in a heated church building, due to the extremely cold temperatures outside at the moment we suggest bringing plenty of layers, including a warm coat, but we’ll do our best to keep you toasty. You can always take layers off if you’re too warm!
Other Useful Info: Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs. Management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. No smoking allowed, anywhere in the venue.
