Event dates: Friday 26 + Saturday 27 May
Location: the screenings will take place right by Negus 747 close to AV8 restaurant and the control tower. Please follow event directional signage on arrival. For directions to Cotswold Airport please click HERE
Times: entry to the screening area from 7.30pm, film begins at 9.30pm and ends at 11.40pm (timings are approximate and subject to weather conditions).
Parking: free parking for all visitors. Please follow steward instructions on arrival. If you require disabled parking please let our staff know on arrival.
Tickets: please bring a printout of your booking confirmation, receipt or e-ticket(s) with you, or show it on your phone. We’ll have a list of all bookers with us too, so if you can’t find your e-tickets, confirmation e-mail or receipt, just bring photo ID along on the night.
Pay on the Gate: BYO seat tickets will also be available on the gate (cash or card payments accepted). All premium deckchair seats are sold out.
Negus 747 Tours: Cotswold Airport will also be offering tours of the incredible Boeing 747 Negus prior to the film, exclusively for guests attending the screening of Top Gun: Maverick. Food and Drink: A bar will be in operation at the show, and bar snacks, ice cream and popcorn will also be available. A food truck will also be serving up burgers, hot dogs and hot drinks. Please don’t bring your own food and drink to the event. Bag searches may be in operation.
Seating – Premium Deckchair Seat tickets: if you have booked a premium deckchair, these will be located in the front section of the venue. The seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (you are guaranteed a seat, so don’t worry, and we’ll assist in making sure you can sit with friends if you’ve booked chairs separately from each other). Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the film start time.
Seating – BYO Seat tickets: please remember to bring your own low-backed camping chair, deckchair or similar to the screening. Anyone arriving with high-backed camping chairs will be asked to sit to the sides or rear.
What to Wear: please bring warm clothes, the more layers the better, and bring a blanket or similar to keep you toasty. Closed-toe footwear is also sensible. Even though the weather forecast is spectacular, it’s still likely to get nippy after dark!
Other Useful Info: please bring a torch for the return trip to your vehicle after the screening or use the light on your phone. No dogs are permitted, except assistance dogs. The film is rated 12A.
Weather: screenings proceed in all weathers, including rain, screenings are only stopped or postponed if the weather is deemed to be making the event unsafe. This includes heavy, prolonged rain, high winds and thunderstorms. No umbrellas are allowed in the screening area once the film begins.
Terms and Conditions: management reserve the right to refuse entry or to ask patrons to leave if causing a nuisance. No refunds will be given in this instance. Customers are requested to respect their fellow audience members by not making unnecessary noise or disturbing those around them during the screening. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the screening area, please move away to the designated smoking area should you wish to do this.
